Water use, month by month

How much water the building used each month, and the water bill it drove. The bill follows the usage: when a line runs, both climb together.

Water used (MCF) Normal use (~1.5 MCF) $ = that month's water bill

Normal months run about 1.5 MCF. A running toilet drove usage up through August into September, topping 11 MCF, before it was caught and fixed in early October. Sewer is billed on the same usage. Separately, older sewer bills had been going unpaid to the property address and are now being caught up, which is not a new monthly cost.
